On November 14, Ph.D. candidate in cultural anthropology Ana Flavia Badue successfully defended her dissertation titled “Pigeons, Satellites and Angels: Industrial Agriculture, Digital Technologies, and Financial Investments in Brazil.”

Her advisor Prof. Gary Wilder and the GC PhD Anthropology program wish Dr. Badue some well deserved rest and success in all her future endeavors!
