On September 6, Ph.D. candidate in cultural anthropology Sheehan Moore successfully defended his dissertation titled, “Future Land, Futures Lost: Planning the Crisis on the Louisiana Coast.”

His advisor Prof. Gary Wilder and the GC PhD Anthropology program wish Dr. Moore some well deserved rest and success in all his future endeavors!
