Recent alumna Megan Henriquez (Ph.D. ’25) has joined SUNY Farmingdale as a PRODIG+ Fellow.

The SUNY two-year postdoctoral fellowship has been designed to help Promoting Recruitment, Opportunity, Diversity, Inclusion and Growth (PRODiG+). Its goal is to increase the number of excellent diverse faculty committed to advancing the ideals of diversity, equity, and inclusion and facilitate their transition to a tenure-track position. 

The PRODIG+ fellowship is scheduled to create a pipeline for over 400 postdoctoral fellows to enter tenure-track faculty positions at SUNY campuses between 2018 and 2028.
