First-year Ph.D. student Nathalie Erazo and fourth-year Ph.D. candidate Léa Coffineau join the Winter 2025 cohort of the Open Knowledge Fellowship, hosted by the Mina Rees Library and made possible with the support of CUNY’s Office of Library Services, via state funding for Open Educational Resources.
Along with a $2,000 stipend, the fellowship offers GC doctoral or MA students who teach at a CUNY college the opportunity to learn about, find and create openly licensed resources. By the end of the Fellowship, fellows will have adapted their syllabus so that it consists (almost) entirely of cost-free materials.
