Dr. Paloma Rodrigo (Ph.D. ’24) lands an appointment as Early Career Faculty Fellow in the Anthropology Department at Barnard College, Columbia University.
After defending her dissertation – “Cuerpos Manchados: Rethinking Racial Difference Through the Grotesque Birthmark” – Dr. Rodrigo pursued a teaching-focused postdoctoral fellowship at New York University’s College of Arts and Science. The Early Career Faculty Fellowship at Barnard is a two-year position designed to support under-represented junior faculty in the development of their teaching and research skills.
